Upgrading triggers an M-Pesa STK push to your Safaricom line. Enter your PIN and the plan is live as soon as Safaricom confirms. Every invoice itemizes VAT, and your billing page keeps the full history.

How do I pay?
By M-Pesa. When you upgrade, Vuka OS sends an STK push to your phone. Enter your PIN and the plan activates as soon as the payment settles.
What happens when a billing month ends?
Paid plans renew monthly. If a renewal payment does not settle, you get a grace window before the account moves back to the free tier. Your data is never deleted for non-payment.
Can I stay on the free plan forever?
Yes. The free tier is a real workspace, not a trial. You can also buy a one-off campaign credit (KES 1,000) without subscribing when you have a single release or gig to push.
What are message credits?
WhatsApp and SMS fan messages consume credits. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and every fee is shown before you approve it.
Are there hidden automation fees?
No. Campaign automation charges a clearly-displayed whole-shilling fee (5% of budget, minimum KES 200) that you approve before launch, and it appears on your invoice with VAT broken out.
Can I get a refund?
Completed payments can be reversed within 48 hours by our operators through the payment provider, with the reversal recorded on a credit note you can see in your billing history.
